Recipe: Vegan Tom Yum soup



You need:

-Tom Yum paste

-Coconut milk

-4 cups of water

-Shiitake mushrooms

-Juice of 1 lime

-Hoisin sauce

-Soja beans sprouts

-Fresh coriander

-Fresh basil

-Citrus spices mix


-Rice noodles

To make it:

-Boil the water, add the Tom Yum paste, coconut milk, lime juice, a bit of hoisin sauce, a bit of garlic, the citrus spices mix, basil, and the shiitakes

-Separately cook your rice noodles

-Put the rices noodles in soup bowls and add the Tom Yum soup over it

-Serve it very hot with the soja beans sprouts and a lot of coriander on the side to mix with it
